Chef Maureen (Mo) has lived in Cayman for over 23 years and has been heavily involved in the local food and wine scene. From achieving first place at the Cayman Cookout Amateur Chef Competition to representing the Cayman Islands at the Caribbean Culinary Week in New York in 2018, she is well regarded here and internationally. Her most recent venture, Zest, has several culinary options with the goal of positively impacting the community through food.
